Player of the Week
Emily LePage (Sr., M), New England College
Senior Emily LePage (West Greenwich, R.I) had a nine-point week for the Pilgrims, with four goals and an assist in the NEC’s 2-1 week. LePage had a goal and an assist in NEC’s 7-0 win over Pine Manor to start the week. She also notched a hat trick, scoring all three goals in NEC’s 3-0 win over UMaine-Farmington.
Rookie of the Week
Lyndsey Cobb-Wilkins (Fr., GK), Becker College
Freshman Lyndsey Cobb-Wilkins (Elmira, N.Y.) had another strong week in net, allowing just two goals in a combined 155 minutes of action. She started the week by coming into net in the 25th minute and shutting out Framingham State for the remainder of the contest to hold onto a 1-1 tie. She finished the week by entering the game at Thomas at halftime with the Hawks trailing 2-1. Cobb-Wilkins once again shut out her opponent in the second half, allowing Becker to come back and grab a 4-2 win. On the week, the rookie posted 11 saves, for a 1.16 goals against average and a .846 save percentage.
