Seeding set for the NECC Men's Tennis Championship
Mitchell College and Regis College finished the regular season tied atop the NECC men's tennis standings with a record of 9-1. Based on predetermined tiebreakers, Mitchell (9-1, 9-1 NECC) will be the number one seed entering the New England Collegiate Conference Men's Tennis Championship.
Mitchell will host fourth seed Becker College (5-9, 5-5 NECC) in a semifinal match on Wednesday, April 25. Second seed Regis (9-1, 12-6 NECC) will host third seed Lesley (5-6, 5-5 NECC) on Wednesday.
The top four teams qualify for the NECC Championship. Predetermined tiebreaking procedures were used to seed teams with identical conference winning percentages.
Semifinal games will be played on Wednesday, April 25 with winners meeting Saturday, April 28 at highest remaining seed. Game times and dates are subject to change.
